At Kosher India, we bring the vibrant flavors of Indian cuisine to life in Israel. Our culinary journey showcases that Indian food is so much more than just spicy ("harif"), over spiced, curry, or vegetarian dishes. From rich, fragrant curries to perfectly spiced meats (chicken, meat, lamb, and even goose!), fresh fish, and creative plant-based options, we craft each dish to offer an authentic yet surprising experience. Leron, the Chef
Leron is a PhD in Microbiology, her first passion, and is now entering her other passion: cooking and make people discover Indian food.
Leron isn't just "born to Indian parents" — she spent 24 years immersed in the vibrant culture and flavors of India, living in Ahmedabad, Mumbai and Bangalore. Coming from a lineage of mothers who passed down authentic recipes and traditions, she knows the real deal. 🍛🫓
But that's not all — Leron also grew up in a kosher world, mastering the art of blending Indian flavors with dietary traditions. Whether it's lamb curry, butter(less) chicken, masala chai, fish dishes, puffs, samosas, chapatis, or naan, she delivers every dish with authenticity and love. 🥘💫
Binyamin, sous-chef
Oh, and there’s more! Leron married a French gentleman (yep, that’s me writing this!), Binyamin, with 22 years living in Toulouse in the south of France and from a North African home with family roots from Constantine, Algeria. Originally, I have 15 years experience in Programming and also have a great passion for great food experience. Together, we bring you a unique experience and traditions to make your event unforgettable. 🍷
